Our heart is enormously burdened by negative emotions but also by permanent stress. This causes not only exhaustion, but also promotes sleep disorders and cardiovascular dysregulation. Heart and stress

What happens when the emotional pressure takes over?

Emotional stress and body stress are often neglected and simply accepted in everyday life. This is one of the biggest risk factors for cardiovascular diseases. Most people today are under a lot of pressure. Whether you are stressed by car traffic, have trouble at work, go through stressful situations in your private life (e.g. lovesickness), or experience chronic exhaustion when you are overloaded, all of this can under certain circumstances damage our heart considerably. When we are under stress, our blood pressure rises heavily. With constant stress – with chronic stress – this can lead to a heart attack, cardiac dilation, cardiac arrhythmia or heart failure.

Under normal circumstances, we need a somewhat dosed stress in order to cope with the demands that are put on us. It activates our energy and optimizes our nervous system. However, after the tension, a phase of relaxation must follow. Our soul and body rely on us to alternate between tension and relaxation. If there is no relaxation, there is permanent stress. Our blood pressure is then permanently too high, and the blood vessels also constrict and clog. Heart disease threatens. We also produce too much insulin, which can lead to diabetes. Our immune systems weaken and we may also develop sleep disorders.

If there is already a heart disease, our psyche can also be attacked. This is especially the case when the therapy involves additional stress on the heart – for example, shock delivery from an implanted defibrillator or frequent hospital stays. This can lead to fears and psychological problems that further weaken the heart. This often creates a vicious circle of heart disease and anxiety disorder. In order to permanently stabilize such patients, many rehabilitative clinics are now working with relaxation techniques.

The A.R.T. sound sequences can help those affected to remove the existing energy blockages as a cause of heart problems and to support their own awareness of emotional stress in order to relax themselves and their heart more easily.

Application

You can exert a different effect on your heart with the help of each of these tracks. We recommend stimulating the body with A.R.T. music every day for 3 weeks, in severe cases for 3 months. You can do this exercise in the morning as well as in the evening. If you also suffer from insomnia, you should do the exercise in the morning and also harmonize your sleep with one of the sleep tracks in the evening.
